Legal Intern – Insurance Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance for routine inquiries within the practice area.

• Investigate and analyze laws and regulations, including aiding partners in creating content for social media and webinars.

• Draft initial versions of documents pertinent to the practice area, subject to final approval by attorneys.

• Prepare drafts of straightforward legal filings and emails, supporting with paralegal responsibilities.

• Oversee scheduling of deadlines.

• Prepare draft performance and financial reports for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Residence: São Paulo, SP, or Rio de Janeiro, RJ—must be strictly within the metropolitan area of either city.

• Prior experience in the insurance industry is required.

• Education: currently enrolled in the 1st to 7th semester of a Law degree program.

• Basic technical English skills (preferred).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
