Business Litigation Associate Attorney

📋 Description

• Formulate case strategies and advance business and commercial litigation issues

• Conduct research on legal matters

• Draft compelling pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Assist with discovery processes

• Evaluate evidence

• Aid in the preparation for depositions and hearings

• Work collaboratively with team members

• Maintain communication with clients

• Ensure that assigned cases progress effectively

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business litigation

• Preferably experience in a law firm environment

• Must possess a bar license in North Carolina or South Carolina

• Strong skills in legal research

• Excellent legal writing abilities

• Strong analytical capabilities

• Exceptional organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and adapt as needed

• Willingness to take initiative with confidence

• Must reside within 75 miles of the office
