Business Litigation Associate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist in formulating case strategies and furthering business and commercial litigation matters.

• Conduct research on legal issues.

• Draft compelling pleadings, motions, and briefs.

• Aid in discovery processes and evaluate evidence.

• Assist in preparations for depositions and hearings.

• Work in collaboration with team members.

• Maintain communication with clients.

• Ensure progress on assigned matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business litigation.

• Experience in a law firm setting is preferred.

• Must possess a bar license in North Carolina or South Carolina.

• Excellent skills in legal research, writing, analysis, and organization.

• Demonstrate an independent and adaptable approach with the confidence to take initiative.

• Strong academic qualifications are preferred.

• Must reside within 75 miles of the designated office.

• Support for Greensboro, Charlotte, Raleigh, or Wilmington, North Carolina offices.
