Business Litigation Associate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist in formulating case strategies and advancing business and commercial litigation cases.

• Conduct legal research and draft compelling pleadings, motions, and briefs.

• Aid in the discovery process and evaluate evidence.

• Assist in preparations for depositions and hearings.

• Work collaboratively with team members and maintain communication with clients.

• Ensure that assigned cases progress steadily.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in business litigation.

• Experience preferably in a law firm environment.

• Must hold a bar license in North Carolina or South Carolina.

• Excellent skills in legal research, writing, analysis, and organization.

• A self-reliant and adaptable mindset with the confidence to take initiative.

• Must live within 75 miles of the supported office.

• Strong academic credentials are preferred.
