Business Litigation Associate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assist in formulating case strategies and advancing business and commercial litigation cases

• Conduct research on legal matters

• Draft compelling pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Aid in the discovery process and evaluate evidence

• Assist in preparation for depositions and hearings

• Collaborate with team members and maintain communication with clients

• Ensure progress on assigned cases continues

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in business litigation

• Preferably experience in business litigation within a law firm environment

• Valid bar license in North Carolina or South Carolina

• Excellent skills in legal research, writing, analysis, and organization

• Ability to work independently, adapt, and confidently take initiative

• Strong academic credentials are a plus

• Must live within 75 miles of the supported office
