Legal Intake Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Conduct follow-up communications with potential clients.

• Assess prospective clients in accordance with the firm's guidelines and established standards.

• Accurately collect and confirm financial, personal, and situational data.

• Provide a professional and empathetic client experience during every interaction.

• Adhere to established systems, scripts, workflows, and training procedures.

• Keep precise and detailed records and notes in the CRM system.

• Arrange consultations with attorneys and advisors when suitable.

• Determine the specific legal concerns of each caller.

• Respond to incoming calls promptly, professionally, and with understanding.

• Act as the initial point of contact for prospective clients seeking assistance with Medicaid planning, estate planning, asset protection, long-term care planning, and special needs planning.

• Make a direct impact on client satisfaction and the growth of the firm.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in intake, customer service, client services, call center, or phone-based client support roles.

• Current experience in a law firm is required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust over the phone.

• Capability to guide conversations naturally without sounding rehearsed.

• Maintain composure, professionalism, and empathy when engaging with stressed or emotional callers.

• Comfortable adhering to structured processes and documented workflows.

• Proficient in using CRM systems and keeping detailed records.

• Ability to type and take notes while actively engaging in conversation.
