Legal Intake, Client Communications Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls from new prospects, referrals, and current clients.

• Perform outbound follow-ups through phone, SMS, and email (daily for a maximum of 14 days).

• Assess personal injury and mass tort cases according to established criteria.

• Assist qualified callers in navigating the next steps and ensure completion of intake forms and signed engagements.

• Organize and verify e-signatures along with necessary documentation.

• Warm transfer eligible cases to attorneys or intake managers.

• Provide clients with status updates and address inquiries in a professional manner.

• Escalate urgent matters related to injuries, medical requirements, or legal deadlines.

• Keep accurate and thorough case notes in FileVine or CRM systems.

• Assist with increased intake demands during mass tort campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent spoken English and effective, professional written communication skills.

• Previous experience in legal intake, personal injury, mass tort, healthcare intake, insurance claims, or regulated contact centers.

• Comfort with consultative and persuasive discussions, including securing next steps or signatures.

• Capacity to handle distressed or urgent callers with emotional regulation and empathy.

• Strong attention to detail and a strict commitment to intake scripts and qualification standards.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, legal case management software, or similar tools.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
