Legal Expert – Restructuring

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze a synthetic legal case along with its associated documents

• Assess six blinded AI-generated outputs labeled A–F

• Conduct five direct comparisons against a shared comparator output

• Provide a concise, specific rationale for each preference

• Review legal documents for Chapter 11 first-day motions, Section 363 sales and bid assessments, cross-class plan treatments, and plan objections

• Produce one significantly larger complete first-day motions package during the engagement

• Operate independently on a flexible schedule while adhering to written deadlines

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed attorney with substantial experience in Chapter 11 first-day motions, Section 363 sales and bid assessments, cross-class plan treatments, and plan objections

• Capable of evaluating work products comprehensively for accuracy, thoroughness, judgment, and practical value

• Strong command of written English

• Ability to work autonomously following written directions and deadlines

• Commitment of approximately 18 hours throughout the engagement

• Must adhere to NDA confidentiality obligations

• External AI tools are prohibited for use on project materials

• Engaged as an independent contractor

• Candidates on H1-B and STEM OPT visas are not supported
