Legal Engineer, Product Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Establish reliable relationships with law firms and in-house legal teams in Korea.

• Comprehend unique legal workflows and offer customized guidance on integrating Harvey's AI into everyday practice.

• Develop and facilitate onboarding sessions, training workshops, and ongoing enablement programs for legal professionals who speak Korean.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to pinpoint expansion opportunities and assist in renewal efforts.

• Identify barriers to adoption and create as well as execute strategies to address them.

• Convert legal practice requirements into actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams.

• Contribute to customer-facing materials for the Korean market, including training resources, use case documents, and FAQ materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Korean legal qualification (변호사 자격) or an equivalent credential.

• Over 3 years of experience as a qualified lawyer at a prestigious Korean or international law firm.

• Proficiency in both Korean and English, with the capability to operate fluidly in both languages within professional environments.

• Skills and presence for engaging with executives.

• Exceptional presentation abilities tailored for legal and executive audiences.

• Strong insight into legal processes and the challenges encountered by legal professionals.

• An inquisitive mindset regarding AI's potential to revolutionize the legal sector.

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles, including law firm business development and/or secondment, is advantageous.

• Previous experience in directly managing law firm client matters and relationships is a plus.
