This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Contract Management: Prepare, evaluate, and support the negotiation of commercial agreements with payment service providers (PSPs), software vendors, and third-party suppliers.

• Compliance & KYB Support: Offer hands-on assistance for Know Your Business (KYB) procedures, which include the verification and onboarding of corporate partners.

• Policy Development: Aid in the preparation, updating, and implementation of internal corporate policies, rules, and compliance frameworks (such as AML/CFT policies).

• Legal Research: Perform comprehensive analytical research on global and regional legislative changes to aid in business expansion and ensure product compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong analytical mind: Capability to analyze complex legal texts, pinpoint potential risks, and suggest structured solutions.

• Industry Awareness: A robust, business-level comprehension of the cryptocurrency, blockchain, and fintech industries.

• Foundational Understanding: A clear conceptual grasp (rather than in-depth operational expertise) of European licensing frameworks, specifically MiCA, MiFID, and EMI/PSD.

• Compliance Frameworks: Solid knowledge of international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations, including the Crypto Travel Rule.
