Legal Counsel, Contract Manager – Energierecht

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Primary contact for internal legal inquiries and development of pragmatic solutions

• Management of external law firms on specialized issues

• Design and negotiation of usage contracts with farmers

• Legal safeguarding of electricity supply contracts with direct marketers and buyers

• Negotiation of contracts and subordination agreements with banks

• Ensuring legally secure easements

• Establishment of legal compliance structures to support growth and legal security

• Legal support for projects from contract drafting with partners to negotiations with banks

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed legal studies (fully qualified lawyer, business lawyer, or similar)

• Initial work experience as a Legal Counsel / Contract Manager (m/f/d) is advantageous, ideally in contract law, energy law, or project business

• Proficiency in contract law and negotiation, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sector

• Structured, proactive working style

• Willingness to quickly familiarize oneself with new areas of law

• Passion for sustainability, innovation, and the energy transition

• Fluent in German, both spoken and written
