Legal Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Negotiate and draft contracts with strategic partners and service providers

• Oversee the management of contracts

• Monitor and uphold intellectual property rights

• Manage disputes on various digital platforms such as App Store, Google Play, and Amazon

• Provide support for employment and corporate matters

• Serve as product counsel for new game features, initiatives, and product modifications

• Address routine data protection and user support inquiries while identifying escalation issues

• Offer legal guidance and strategic assistance to executive and operational teams

• Enhance recurring legal processes through improved methodologies, automation, and responsible AI tool usage

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a law degree (LL.M. is a plus)

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in-house within the video game, software, or high-tech industries

• Previous experience at a prestigious law firm is advantageous

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple concurrent tasks with meticulous attention to detail

• Proficiency in both written and spoken Russian and English

• Strategic thinker with initiative, accountability, and a proactive approach
