📋 Description

• Prepare, evaluate, and support the negotiation of commercial contracts

• Offer direct assistance with Know Your Business (KYB) processes

• Aid in the drafting, revising, and execution of internal corporate guidelines

• Perform in-depth analytical research on legislative changes

• Strong analytical skills

• Knowledge of the cryptocurrency, blockchain, and fintech industries

• Basic understanding of European licensing frameworks, particularly MiCA, MiFID, and EMI/PSD

• Familiarity with global AML regulations and the Crypto Travel Rule
