This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Manage the central contract repository, which includes overseeing post-signature lifecycles, tracking obligations, handling renewal management, and implementing standardized playbook frameworks.

• Draft, negotiate, and address risks associated with intricate customer and supplier agreements, such as MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.

• Create review playbooks, prompt structures, and automated workflows utilizing Claude and Google AI platforms.

• Offer legal guidance on matters related to employment law, data protection/GDPR compliance, compliance, and corporate governance.

• Act as a liaison for sales, finance, and delivery teams regarding commercial terms and contract governance.

• Collaborate closely with the current Legal Counsel, taking charge of commercial agreements and legal workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor.

• 3–6 years PQE acquired at a top-tier law firm or in a dynamic in-house tech environment.

• Demonstrated success in independently negotiating complex commercial technology or professional services agreements.

• Practical experience in implementing or maintaining standardized contract management frameworks, database structures, and repositories.

• Strong desire to apply legal principles in a practical in-house setting.

• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools or a demonstrated enthusiastic commitment to mastering AI prompt engineering and tech-driven workflows.

• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication abilities.

• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Enthusiasm for technology and a strong interest in utilizing generative AI tools.
