Legal Content Analyst – Labor and Employment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the continuous development and upkeep of Practical Guidance materials for the Labor and Employment practice area.

• Design, manage, and implement processes and workflows for content maintenance.

• Keep track of current awareness sources, legal changes, legislation, regulations, agency guidance, court rulings, and other pertinent legal shifts.

• Evaluate the effects of legal changes on existing Practical Guidance materials.

• Conduct legal research and editorial activities to refresh existing content.

• Write, revise, and edit Practical Guidance materials to meet editorial standards.

• Maintain and refresh legal development trackers and other tools for customers.

• Oversee and implement content remediation projects that focus on quality, usability, navigation, organization, currency, and consistency.

• Integrate AI and emerging technologies into editorial workflows while ensuring legal precision.

• Collaborate with LNNAUK, GPO, and GTO teams on content strategy, workflow enhancements, product improvements, and initiatives centered on customer needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree and a minimum of two years of recent practice experience, or equivalent relevant experience, in a specific legal field.

• Strong capability to monitor and interpret legal and regulatory changes within a designated practice area.

• Experience in conducting legal research and applying findings to create practical, user-oriented content revisions.

• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an emphasis on clarity, accuracy, and usability.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple workflows in line with business objectives and deadlines.

• Experience in enhancing content quality, organization, and overall customer experience.

• Familiarity with or interest in utilizing AI and emerging technologies in editorial processes.

• Strong teamwork capabilities and effectiveness in working with cross-functional groups.
