Associate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the ABA.

• Active bar license in California.

• 1–8 years of solid experience in litigation, including case strategy development, depositions, and trial preparation.

• Capability to independently manage a full caseload, from discovery to trial.

• Prior experience in insurance defense is preferred.

• Knowledge of litigation timekeeping and billing systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Self-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Professional appearance and conduct.
