Legal Consultant – Digital Asset, ECM / Structured Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Offer legal counsel for equities, tokenized securities, structured, and innovative products throughout their entire lifecycle.

• Draft, evaluate, and negotiate offering documents, product terms, brokerage/platform agreements, and partnership contracts.

• Develop program-level documentation as necessary.

• Collaborate with product, business, marketing, and operations stakeholders across various jurisdictions.

• Structure new initiatives and oversee legal risk management.

• Coordinate with regulators on legal issues related to equities and tokenized securities products.

• Supervise external legal counsel.

• Contribute to the development of internal guidelines and training materials.

• Assist in creating scalable legal processes and templates.

• Act as a primary legal contact for innovative equity-linked products and digital asset-linked solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-12 (+) years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).

• Background in structured products, ECM, derivatives, or broader capital markets from either in-house or private practice; and/or experience with cryptocurrency, digital assets, or tokenization products.

• Ability to work independently while closely collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Full remote work arrangement is available.
