This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.
β’ Assist in ensuring regulatory compliance, governance, and the execution of initiatives for the Individual Dental sector.
β’ Evaluate and monitor federal and state regulatory mandates along with their implications on operations, products, processes, and customers.
β’ Oversee the coordination of regulatory implementation tasks, schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder involvement.
β’ Manage compliance documentation, regulatory inventories, process documentation, evidence repositories, and reference materials related to regulations.
β’ Keep track of compliance risks, issues, remediation efforts, and control deficiencies.
β’ Aid in the governance and upkeep of Product Availability Grids.
β’ Prepare for and assist in audits, regulatory reviews, compliance assessments, and inquiries from regulatory bodies.
β’ Coordinate the collection of information and requests for documentation.
β’ Monitor examination results, suggestions, and corrective measures.
β’ Offer regulatory compliance advice and consultation to business associates.
β’ Promote collaboration among Operations, Product, Compliance, Legal, Quality, Technology, and vendor teams.
β’ Identify enhancements in processes, workflows, controls, documentation, and governance.
β’ Conduct root cause analyses and suggest corrective measures.
β’ Utilize data, trends, and operational insights to enhance regulatory preparedness and compliance efficiency.
β’ A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory; equivalent work experience may be taken into account.
β’ A minimum of 5 years' experience in regulatory compliance, healthcare operations, insurance operations, legal compliance, risk management, governance, auditing, or related fields.
β’ Familiarity with federal and state regulatory requirements in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated sectors.
β’ Proven experience in supporting regulatory implementation, compliance initiatives, audits, assessments, or governance projects.
β’ Capability to coordinate intricate cross-functional projects and drive execution within matrixed organizations.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Experience in developing, maintaining, and managing compliance documentation and evidence.
β’ Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
β’ Prior experience with regulatory tracking, risk management, governance, or compliance management systems is preferred.
β’ Experience in healthcare, dental, insurance, or regulated industries is highly desirable.
β’ If working remotely, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speed is essential.
