Employment Litigation Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Managing employment law issues throughout all phases of litigation

• Composing enforcement-related documents, including disputes over calculations, objections to enforcement, interlocutory appeals in enforcement cases, appeals to the Superior Labor Court, and writs of mandamus

• Analyzing legal publications and hearing minutes, along with organizing deadlines

• Tracking case developments and entering data into both the firm’s and clients' internal systems

• Preparing for hearings

• Requesting documents and essential supporting information

• Soliciting payments

• Keeping track of deadlines

• Participating in hearings

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to formulate litigation strategies and assess information and documents for effective case management

• Excellent critical reading skills for analyzing judgments and appellate rulings, as well as drafting appeals

• Skills in mediation

• A postgraduate qualification in employment law is preferred

• A solid understanding of employment law, labor procedure, and civil procedure is essential

• This role is specifically for an attorney specializing in employment law
