This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Concentrate on the Sales aspect of the Foreclosure procedure
• Update internal Firm systems as well as external client systems within expected timelines
• Sort, scan, categorize, label, digitally file, and systematically organize legal documents
• Complete assigned work queue tasks within specified timeframes
• Understand and retain fundamental legal concepts and terminology that impact the accuracy of work output
• Assist in preparing necessary materials for court appearances
• Review incoming documents and distribute them to the relevant parties
• Communicate professionally and promptly via phone, email, and internal/external messaging platforms
• Finish all mandated training in the Firm's Learning Management System (LMS) on schedule
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned
• Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, client requirements, court rules, and best practices
• Deliver precise, timely, and high-quality work products for represented financial institutions
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• 1-3 years of experience in a data entry or legal assistant position
• Background in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
• Familiarity with a technology-driven workplace
• Experience in the Default Servicing sector (preferred)
• Proficient in accurate data entry
• Strong capability to follow basic instructions, job aids, and established procedures
• Ability to comply with Firm policies and apply policy requirements while processing assigned tasks
• Excellent time-management abilities
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently or cooperatively, as necessary
• Dedication to providing exceptional, responsive, and timely service
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and technologically adept
• Capability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to maintain focus for prolonged durations
• Capacity to work on computers for a significant portion of the day
• Ability to perform repetitive movements as required for the role (Typing, clicking, swiveling)
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
