This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee, organize, and track the schedule for employment hearings.
• Coordinate and refresh hearing dates within internal systems.
• Examine hearing timelines and details pertinent to cases.
• Detect and resolve discrepancies related to hearings.
• Keep an eye on modifications, cancellations, reschedules, and newly arranged hearings.
• Share pertinent information and hearing timelines with the teams and stakeholders involved.
• Monitor deadlines and necessary actions concerning hearings.
• Refresh systems and maintain tracking spreadsheets.
• Assist in organizing information required for hearings.
• Must be a law student or a Bachelor of Laws graduate without an active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) license (Required).
• Preferred experience in employment litigation processes.
• Familiarity with legal procedures, especially in monitoring cases and hearings.
• Ability to read and interpret legal documents and notifications.
• Proven experience in managing and organizing hearing schedules.
• Acquainted with judicial systems such as PJe, e-SAJ, eProc, among others.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (filters, tables, and basic formulas).
• Proactive in recommending improvements and corrections to data.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Strong skills in teamwork and interpersonal relations.
• Keen attention to detail and thorough verification capabilities.
• Strong skills in organizing and managing information.
• Analytical skills to identify discrepancies or conflicting information.
