Legal Analyst – Employment Case Closure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and confirm legal proceedings and cases that are prepared for closure

• Ensure that all necessary steps and actions have been finalized prior to closing a case

• Review documents, case details, and records within internal systems

• Identify and resolve any outstanding items or discrepancies that hinder case closure

• Update internal systems with the final case details and status

• Close cases following established procedures and criteria

• Monitor and keep track of cases awaiting closure

• Organize and refresh spreadsheets and internal tracking tools

• Collaborate with teams responsible for addressing outstanding items

• Ensure proper classification, documentation, and closure of cases

• Assist in identifying inconsistencies and opportunities to enhance case-closure processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Law student or law graduate without active bar admission (required)

• Preferred experience in litigation, especially in employment law

• Experience with administrative or legal processes

• Preferred experience in reviewing and overseeing legal proceedings

• Experience in verifying documents and information

• Familiarity with tracking deadlines and outstanding items, and updating systems

• Knowledge of reviewing and analyzing legal proceedings, court publications, and notices

• Familiarity with court systems such as PJe, e-SAJ, eProc, and others

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (filters, tables, and basic formulas)

• Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail

• Analytical mindset with a thorough approach

• High degree of accuracy in reviewing information

• Proactive in identifying and resolving outstanding matters

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
