Legal AI Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +31 more states.

📋 Description

• Cultivate reliable relationships with attorneys from law firms, corporate legal departments, service providers, and public sector entities.

• Grasp customer workflows, challenges, and opportunities for transformation.

• Engage with partners, associates, and in-house counsel as a credible peer.

• Collaborate with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives on discovery, positioning, and solution alignment.

• Conduct customized product demonstrations linking Relativity’s AI functionalities to legal scenarios.

• Assist with onboarding, training, and continuous engagement to enhance usage and adoption.

• Guide clients through workflow transformation and the integration of AI into legal processes.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to align adoption with growth and measurable outcomes.

• Provide organized customer feedback to Product Marketing, Product Development, and Engineering teams.

• Assist in refining product functionalities tailored for attorney workflows.

• Contribute to the development of playbooks, best practices, and scalable customer engagement resources.

• Convert intricate AI capabilities into practical insights for legal professionals.

• Educate clients on how RelativityOne’s claiR and aiR products impact various practice areas and workflows.

• Aid internal teams in comprehending the needs and behaviors of legal users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and Bar admission.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law in a law firm or as part of an in-house legal team.

• Litigation experience is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of legal workflows and the challenges encountered by attorneys.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both legal and executive audiences.

• A keen interest in AI and its transformative potential within the legal field.

• Comfort operating in cross-functional and fast-paced environments.

• Practical experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.

• Direct experience with litigation workflows.

• Experience in client-facing roles is advantageous.

• Familiarity with AmLaw is a plus.
