Legal Intake Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming SSDI inquiries and perform initial client intakes.

• Collect and accurately record caller details.

• Evaluate potential client eligibility according to intake criteria.

• Uphold professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional English communication abilities with a neutral accent.

• Prior experience in intake, customer service, or call management is preferred.

• Knowledge of SSDI is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Spanish is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Must be available to work from 6:00pm to 2:00am Central Time.
