Commercial Real Estate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee commercial real estate transactions that include leasing, acquisitions, and property sales.

• Create, evaluate, and negotiate commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, and associated legal documents.

• Assist clients throughout the due diligence process, title examinations, contract negotiations, and closings.

• Provide legal counsel to property owners, investors, and businesses on transactional matters.

• Manage transactions independently from the initial negotiation stages to closing.

• Work in partnership with clients and other professionals to offer effective and efficient legal solutions.

• Cultivate strong client relationships through timely communication and sound legal judgment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.

• Proficiency in commercial leasing, real estate acquisitions, or dispositions.

• An active license to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction.

• Excellent skills in contract drafting, negotiations, and transaction management.

• Capability to independently manage commercial real estate issues.

• Preference for candidates with DC, Maryland, or Virginia Bar admission.

• Backgrounds from law firms, in-house positions, and solo practitioners are encouraged to apply.
