This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Instruct online graduate courses within the Master of Systems Engineering program.

• Collaborate with Ohio State Online to create online courses.

• Develop course curricula and syllabi.

• Create course content and instructional materials.

• Deliver course content and assist students with their assignments.

• Foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment.

• Promote student achievement and success.

• Work together with other instructors.

• Participate in activities and offer support for the education and development of graduate students, based on the selected candidate's degree certification.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree or its equivalent in Systems Engineering or a related field.

• Three to five years of relevant teaching and/or industry experience in Systems Engineering or similar domains.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• A dedication to or proven commitment to teaching that aligns with Ohio State’s Shared Values.

• Final candidates must pass a background check successfully.
