This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, along with employee upskilling, refresher training, and Professional and Leadership Development programs.
• Cultivate a learning culture focused on growth that improves employee performance.
• Offer targeted coaching and feedback, create customized support plans, and execute action plans to address performance gaps.
• Develop, update, and enhance training resources, including presentations, quizzes, and job aids.
• Assess the effectiveness of training through evaluations, progress monitoring, and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with leaders across functions to ensure training initiatives align with business goals.
• Reinforce learning through evaluations, shadowing experiences, and personalized coaching sessions.
• Incorporate training tools, adult learning principles, and the latest best practices into programs.
• Act as an interim manager for new employees, providing structured feedback and conducting performance discussions.
• Identify learning needs and develop solutions that promote behavior change and align with organizational objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as education, communications, or human resources; relevant professional experience is also acceptable.
• At least three years of experience in a training role.
• Proven experience in delivering both virtual and in-person training sessions.
• Background in education, communications, or HR fields; experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
• Skilled in creating multimedia training materials, including PowerPoint presentations and job aids.
• Familiar with Learning Management Systems and remote training platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams).
• Experience with virtual conferencing tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Adobe Connect).
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
• Previous telephone customer service experience, particularly in healthcare administration.
• Advanced knowledge of Adult Learning and e-Learning principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking abilities.
• Strong coaching skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Ability to apply adult learning theories and adapt learning solutions to enhance trainee performance.
• Exceptional leadership attributes and the capacity to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to any FreedomCare location nationally when required.
