Learning Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Facilitate training sessions that empower team members to effectively utilize essential technologies and tools.

• Develop and continuously enhance instructional materials, including e-learning courses and job aids.

• Employ instructional strategies to promote engagement and comprehension.

• Tailor training approaches to accommodate various learner needs.

• Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and participant feedback.

• Utilize evaluation data to refine and enhance training programs.

• Stay updated on trends in training and instructional design.

• Integrate innovative techniques and tools into training initiatives.

• Collaborate with IT, HR, and other departments to ensure training aligns with organizational objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or a related discipline.

• Strong preference for experience centered on technology and digital tools.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT and HR.

• Demonstrated capability to design and deliver content tailored for diverse learner groups.

• In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• Capacity to juggle multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

• Prepare and present a brief training session as part of the interview process.

• Provide a portfolio showcasing previous instructional design work.
