This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise the implementation and ongoing enhancement of learning programs that are aligned with agent certification and performance objectives.
• Guide and nurture Facilitators and Instructional Designers through coaching, feedback, and performance oversight.
• Ensure that learning experiences are consistent with established methodologies, standards, and strategic goals.
• Collaborate across functions to facilitate agent readiness, program launches, and efforts for continuous improvement.
• Act as a representative of the Learning Team with clients and potential clients, engaging in program discussions, readiness assessments, and solution alignment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, and other stakeholders to assist with client onboarding, program transitions, and opportunities for expansion.
• Track program performance using data and insights to uncover risks and opportunities.
• Promote uniform learning and facilitation standards across various programs.
• Assist in the design, delivery, and enhancement of learning solutions throughout the agent lifecycle.
• Engage in strategic initiatives and special projects that align with the priorities of the Learning Team.
• Conduct regular performance assessments and provide support for performance improvement plans as necessary.
• Deliver impactful, comprehensive learning experiences that foster agent readiness, performance, and sustained success.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in leading learning programs, projects, or operational initiatives.
• 2–3 years of experience in leading, coaching, or mentoring a team.
• Experience in supporting instructor-led, virtual, and/or blended learning environments.
• Proven ability to cultivate talent and enhance performance through coaching.
• Strong operational mindset with the capacity to balance quality, speed, and results.
• Ability to remain calm and focused on solutions in dynamic or rapidly changing environments.
• Capability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods while working on a computer.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in leading and participating in virtual meetings in a distraction-free setting.
• Flexibility to accommodate business needs, including occasional evening or weekend work.
