This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the administration, governance, performance, and continuous enhancement of Crunch's Docebo LMS.
β’ Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and the franchise network to promote LMS adoption and align learning initiatives with company goals.
β’ Directly supervise the Crunch Connected Administrator role and manage daily LMS operations.
β’ Act as the internal subject matter expert on LMS functionality, configuration, reporting, integrations, and best practices.
β’ Convert business needs into scalable LMS solutions while assessing organizational and system modifications.
β’ Ensure the LMS structure accommodates acquisitions, new club openings, ownership transitions, and organizational changes.
β’ Oversee system integrations, ensuring thorough testing, validation, and reconciliation of data and processes.
β’ Address and resolve complex LMS challenges involving multiple systems, integrations, or data sources.
β’ Maintain relationships with LMS vendors and manage contracts, invoices, and support requirements.
β’ Lead the LMS reporting strategy, advanced analytics, and the creation of dashboards.
β’ Govern and ensure the accuracy of monthly course completion reports, leaderboards, and recognition programs.
β’ Track completion rates and learner engagement to enhance performance across the network.
β’ Suggest and implement platform upgrades that enhance scalability, efficiency, reporting, data quality, and user experience.
β’ Uphold standard operating procedures and governance criteria for LMS processes and projects.
β’ Assist with homepage enhancements, communications, and gamification initiatives.
β’ Provide guidance, coaching, and development for the Crunch Connected Administrator.
β’ Set priorities, delegate tasks, and facilitate knowledge transfer and escalation management.
β’ Participate in cross-functional initiatives.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
β’ 1-2+ years of practical experience in Docebo LMS administration.
β’ In-depth knowledge of LMS administration, including users, learning plans, groups, branches, roles, enrollments, reporting, and integrations.
β’ Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot intricate system issues and devise scalable solutions.
β’ Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
β’ Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Capability to evaluate risks and downstream impacts when making system changes.
β’ Self-driven and inquisitive, with the capacity to independently resolve issues and communicate concerns proactively.
β’ Experience juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
β’ Outstanding communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management abilities.
β’ Experience supporting extensive user groups and distributed organizations.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dropbox.
β’ Must be authorized to work in the US.
