📋 Description

• Integrate various data sources and develop models that assist customers in comprehending the entire learner journey.

• Create customized analytics, dashboards, and reports tailored to customers’ specific goals, data environments, and challenges.

• Foster strong relationships with key enterprise accounts, establishing yourself as a reliable analytics partner.

• Determine reporting and analytics needs while influencing the product roadmap.

• Enhance customers’ understanding of the effects of learning.

• Convert complex data and analyses into straightforward, actionable stories, recommendations, and insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams at Thrive on intricate, high-impact projects.

• Contribute to tailored reporting, experimentation, and the ongoing development of the analytics product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in analytics with a proven ability to leverage data to deliver significant value to customers and the business, or both.

• Proficient in Snowflake and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker.

• Experience in working with REST APIs and consolidating data from various sources.

• Comfortable engaging with large enterprise customers, where data contexts, requirements, and stakeholder groups can be intricate.

• Capable of building trusted relationships and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Skilled at transforming complex analyses into clear narratives, recommendations, and actionable insights.

• Inquisitive mindset with a willingness to understand the underlying issues behind requests.

• Interest in experimentation and utilizing data to discern what is effective, what is not, and the lessons learned.

• Excellent project and time management abilities, adept at juggling multiple customer priorities.

• Commitment to continuous improvement.

• Enthusiasm for learning technology and the role of data in helping organizations maximize their learning outcomes.

• Industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with MongoDB and AWS cloud architecture is a plus, though not essential.
