This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
β’ Create comprehensive user learning pathways that integrate virtual learning sessions, self-directed learning, and practical hands-on experience for SAP S/4HANA and related boundary systems.
β’ Oversee the design of materials for virtual sessions, self-paced eLearning, simulations, WalkMe-enabled practice, and knowledge assessments.
β’ Implement adult learning principles and best practices in learning experience design.
β’ Ensure that learning content is tailored to specific roles and aligns with the Global Blueprint, incorporating Business Unit-specific adaptations based on documented requirements.
β’ Evaluate learning materials for precision, clarity, usability, and alignment with program goals.
β’ Develop or enhance learning content when additional capacity or specialized knowledge is necessary.
β’ Collaborate with the PST Learning Lead to synchronize learning journeys and design activities with program milestones and deployment timelines.
β’ Work together with third-party, offshore, and Business Unit content developers to guarantee adherence to consistent design standards and quality.
β’ Partner with the Training Delivery team to ensure that materials are ready for delivery.
β’ Coordinate with WalkMe developers to align in-application guidance and practical activities with formal learning content.
β’ Collaborate with Change Management Leads to address change effects, adoption risks, and Business Unit readiness requirements.
β’ Engage with subject matter experts to collect requirements, validate content, and ensure business accuracy.
β’ Align with Change Management and Communications teams to maintain consistent messaging.
β’ Ensure that learning content adheres to governance, branding, accessibility, and compliance standards.
β’ Maintain version control and documentation standards.
β’ Monitor learning design milestones and communicate status, risks, and dependencies to the PST Learning Lead and program leadership.
β’ Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and at least 7 years of experience, or in the absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.
β’ Previous experience in instructional design or learning experience design.
β’ U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
β’ Proven experience leading learning design initiatives for large-scale ERP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
β’ Experience in designing self-paced eLearning, virtual instructor-led training, and practical hands-on experiences, including simulations and knowledge checks.
β’ Familiarity with digital adoption platforms such as WalkMe and SAP Enable Now.
β’ Strong understanding of adult learning principles, learning experience design methodologies, and performance-based learning strategies.
β’ Proficiency with eLearning and multimedia authoring tools like Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
β’ Experience collaborating with matrixed or distributed teams, including third-party, offshore, and Business Unit-based content developers.
β’ Capacity to provide design leadership or governance across multiple workstreams.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
