This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead and manage the comprehensive learning experience from learner research and discovery to design assessment and ongoing enhancement.
• Create engaging digital, blended, and in-person learning experiences, including learner pathways, onboarding programs, certification tracks, assessments, and associated resources.
• Responsibly utilize AI-assisted learning design to enhance quality, efficiency, and content operations.
• Craft learner experiences from technical and SME-generated content, establishing learning pathways and strategies as foundational assets for instructional design and digital development.
• Align learning pathways with enablement frameworks such as Trainer of Trainers and Partner as Trainer.
• Develop internal enablement materials that enhance capability across teams.
• Implement evidence-based learning experience design, adult learning theory, and accessibility standards like WCAG.
• Design and produce inclusive, multilingual learning materials for global audiences, modifying content with translation services.
• Perform learner research, needs analysis, and skills gap assessments.
• Collaborate with product design teams on research methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Establish measurable learning outcomes and leverage learner analytics, evaluation frameworks, and customer feedback to enhance learning effectiveness and product adoption.
• Review learning content and ecosystems.
• Create standards, templates, frameworks, and governance processes to enhance information architecture, quality, consistency, discoverability, and scalability.
• Partner with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate content discovery, learning design workshops, and content evaluations.
• Mentor Partner and Customer Enablement Leads on learner-centered design and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with product design and the Instructional Designer throughout the build, testing, and refinement phases.
• Influence learning experiences across the product, including UX, microcopy, and in-app content.
• Travel to programs using Peek in various countries in accordance with Peek’s Travel Safety Policy.
• Proven experience in Learning Experience Design or Curriculum Design.
• Educational background, teaching credentials, and experience as a trainer or facilitator.
• Extensive experience in transforming SME-generated content into learner-focused, build-ready materials for LMS, in-app guidance, chatbot experiences, instructor-led training, workshops, and practical software training.
• Experience designing for global audiences with low literacy, low digital literacy, and limited English proficiency.
• Strong skills in curriculum design, lesson planning, storyboarding, and learning documentation.
• Exceptional writing skills for learning content that clarifies complex technical concepts.
• Strong visual communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of adult learning theory and learning experience design methodologies, including ADDIE and Kolb Experiential Learning.
• Experience in designing assessments, knowledge checks, and certification programs.
• Ability to apply learner research, analytics, and evaluation frameworks to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with Product Design or UX teams within a software organization.
• Proficient in interpreting designs and prototypes, such as Figma and Claude Design.
• Experience working within an established design system.
• Excellent written communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• A learner-first mindset and a proactive, self-motivated approach to continuous improvement.
• Desirable: experience utilizing AI-assisted learning design and content development tools.
• Desirable: experience creating multimedia learning materials using authoring tools.
• Desirable: experience supporting organizational change management initiatives.
• Desirable: experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Desirable: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Applied Linguistics, or a related field.
• Desirable: experience with SafetyCulture LMS or similar learning platforms.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
