Learning Experience Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Report to the Learning Experience Design Manager

• Transform program objectives into structured courses by establishing learning goals, instructional methods, and execution plans

• Design and create learner-focused asynchronous curriculum, which includes lessons, activities, and assessments

• Develop real-world skills for learners operating in industry settings

• Revise course materials based on feedback from stakeholders and subject matter experts

• Ensure consistency with learning objectives, LXD best practices, and internal standards

• Oversee the entire course creation process from initial concept through to delivery

• Guarantee timely execution, high instructional quality, and alignment with program objectives

• Utilize learning science and research to inform instructional methods

• Apply program data, learner feedback, and performance metrics to enhance instructional strategies

• Utilize established AI tools and investigate new applications for enhanced learning experiences

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in designing and developing online learning experiences

• Direct interaction with learners through teaching, coaching, facilitation, or similar roles

• Capability to work across complex or technical subject areas and translate them into engaging learning experiences

• Practical skills in learning experience design and development

• Insight into learner contexts, challenges, and the complete learner journey

• Strong technical abilities and proficiency in implementing new technologies

• Exceptional written communication skills and the capability to clarify complex topics

• Strong command of the English language

• Highly detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment with evolving responsibilities

• Willingness to contribute beyond the defined job description as required

• Familiarity with contemporary tools and methods in learning experience design
