Senior Manager – Organizational Change Management, OCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Lead organizational change management for intricate life sciences transformation initiatives, initially concentrating on global CRM implementations and migrations.

• Own the strategy and execution of change from program initiation through deployment, hypercare, and adoption.

• Develop and sustain integrated change plans that encompass stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, communication, training, readiness, adoption, and post-go-live reinforcement.

• Translate technology, process, data, and operating model modifications into role-specific impacts and actionable interventions.

• Conduct assessments of change impact, readiness, and gaps across impacted stakeholder groups.

• Formulate stakeholder segmentation, sponsorship, and change-network strategies.

• Mentor executive sponsors, regional leaders, managers, and local change champions.

• Address resistance within geographically and culturally diverse teams.

• Design role-specific learning and enablement strategies, including train-the-trainer, instructor-led and digital learning, in-app guidance, job aids, and post-go-live reinforcement.

• Establish metrics for adoption, readiness, and value realization; create dashboards and reporting tools.

• Collaborate with program management, business process, functional, technical, data migration, testing, cutover, validation, and systems integration teams.

• Oversee the OCM workstream plan, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, deliverables, and status reporting.

• Create executive communications and presentations.

• Facilitate executive workshops, stakeholder sessions, sponsor coaching, change-network meetings, and train-the-trainer activities.

• Assist with pre-sales and advisory tasks, including assessments, proposals, solution design, estimation, presentations, and oral defenses.

• Develop Slipstream's OCM methodology, tools, templates, accelerators, and delivery standards.

• Mentor and provide guidance to OCM consultants and other team members.

• Collaborate across global time zones and travel to client locations as required by program milestones.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in organizational change management, business transformation, or technology transformation.

• At least 3 years of experience leading OCM workstreams for complex enterprise technology programs.

• Experience in leading change management for CRM implementations or migrations, preferably with Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault CRM, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, or similar enterprise platforms.

• Knowledge of the life sciences industry, including an understanding of pharma or biotech Commercial and Medical operating models, such as field sales, key account management, Medical Affairs/MSLs, Market Access, and Marketing.

• Experience in managing change across global and multi-region programs, ideally for large user populations across North America, EMEA, APAC, LATAM, or Japan.

• Ability to convert CRM, process, data, and operating model changes into role-specific impacts and effective change interventions.

• Experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes that involve senior client executives, regional and country leadership, functional process owners, IT, compliance, and implementation partners.

• Consulting or client-facing delivery experience.

• Proficiency in developing change strategies, stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, communication plans, training strategies, readiness assessments, and adoption plans.

• Experience in defining and reporting adoption and readiness metrics and utilizing data to identify adoption challenges and drive post-go-live corrective actions.

• Familiarity with working in regulated life sciences environments and an understanding of documentation, training, compliance, and validation requirements.

• Experience leading change in multicultural and geographically diverse organizations.

• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, organizational psychology, information systems, or a related field.

• Preferred: direct experience with Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault CRM, Salesforce, or other life sciences commercial technology transformations.

• Preferred: experience in supporting global CRM migrations from legacy systems to modern cloud-based CRM platforms.

• Preferred: experience working with Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Market Access organizations during similar transformations.

• Preferred: experience collaborating with client teams and field organizations in Japan.

• Preferred: experience with GxP-regulated or validated environments.

• Preferred: applied knowledge of Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or CCMP standards.

• Preferred: Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent change management certification.

• Preferred: experience contributing to consulting proposals, estimates, solution development, and client presentations.

• Preferred: additional language skills and experience in localizing global change initiatives.
