HR Learning & Development Expert – Worldwide

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Recreate business presentations from images utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint, focusing on clarity and a professional aesthetic.

• Improve content organization, data representation, visual storytelling, and slide formatting tailored for executive or client audiences.

• Edit and enhance slide material while maintaining essential HR and L&D definitions, cautions, and data integrity.

• Record the rationale behind changes made and the original components consciously retained.

• Evaluate and elevate message hierarchy, supporting evidence, and selection of visuals for each slide.

• Manage organization design presentations, training modules, and compensation assessments.

• Complete each task within an expected timeframe of 1–2 hours, with workload fluctuating based on project sprints.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of demonstrated experience in HR, learning & development, organizational development, or workforce strategy.

• Proven track record in creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations for senior leaders or clients.

• Strong proficiency in slide reconstruction, data visualization, visual storytelling, and business communication.

• Outstanding attention to detail, critical thinking, and content editing skills within HR and L&D topics.

• Ability to articulate message hierarchy, evidence-based titles, and design decisions clearly.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a project-based, sprint-oriented environment with varying workloads.

• Previous experience with AI data training, evaluation, or rubric writing is advantageous but not mandatory.
