Instructional Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assess learning requirements in collaboration with business teams and recommend impactful instructional solutions that align with strategic goals.

• Create and modify scripts, content, and educational resources for customer-facing programs, ensuring they are clear, engaging, and accessible.

• Organize and keep learning paths current on corporate education platforms.

• Oversee and improve the onboarding experience for new customers.

• Convert technical content into user-friendly educational and communication materials.

• Revise content and handle the distribution of emails and other communications regarding training programs and customer updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as an Instructional Designer, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment.

• Degree or ongoing education in Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Design (Graphic, Digital, etc.), Information Technology, or related disciplines.

• Proficiency in turning intricate content into simple and engaging learning resources.

• Familiarity with corporate education platforms (LMS/LXP).

• Quick adaptability to new concepts.

• Commitment to delivering an exceptional user experience.

• Dedication to lifelong learning.

• Team-oriented attitude, with the capability to both provide and seek assistance.

• Strong communication skills when collaborating with technical and legal teams.

• Organized and proactive, able to handle multiple projects at once.

• Experience with video editing tools (like CANVA and Moodle) or similar applications is advantageous.

• Knowledge of agile project management techniques is an added benefit.
