Learning Experience Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create tutorial and explainer videos utilizing screen captures, motion graphics, animations, and voiceovers.

• Implement learning theories and adhere to instructional design best practices.

• Generate course design documents and write video scripts.

• Work with subject matter experts to identify gaps in knowledge and skills.

• Conduct independent research using both internal and external resources.

• Develop and launch courses within the learning management system.

• Execute quality assurance reviews of newly created and updated courses and assessments.

• Revise and update outdated materials to ensure alignment with current product versions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a background in adult education is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to design instructional content for intricate topics.

• Experience in creating self-paced learning materials aimed at external audiences and customers.

• At least three years of practical experience in video development and motion design using Adobe After Effects or similar software.

• Minimum three years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite tools, including After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Audition.

• Three years of experience using authoring tools such as Storyline and Captivate.

• Capability to quickly understand technical concepts with minimal guidance.

• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Team-oriented mindset with experience in translating customer needs into actionable deliverables.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Proficient in fast-paced work environments.

• Consistent and reliable attendance.

• Foundational understanding of IT environments, troubleshooting, and networking concepts.
