Learning Experience & Content Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop captivating courses, videos, quizzes, activities, and educational materials.

• Simplify intricate processes and routine representative duties into straightforward, interactive training content.

• Oversee and manage TalentLMS, ensuring that content is accurate, current, and in line with operational requirements.

• Detect training deficiencies based on escalations, performance patterns, and feedback.

• Work in conjunction with Talent Development and Operations to generate new training concepts and enhance existing materials.

• Leverage AI and digital tools to streamline the content creation process for greater efficiency.

• Persistently enhance the learner experience and engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, HR, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Over 2 years of experience in instructional design, L&D, e-learning, training, or digital learning content.

• Innovative, highly organized, tech-savvy, and willing to explore new tools and concepts.

• Familiarity with an LMS and content creation tools, such as Synthesia, is preferred.
