Learning Experience Consultant

📋 Description

• Create tailored learning solutions that embody the Unforgettable Learning brand and principles of human-centered design.

• Implement established learning best practices, incorporating neuroscience, cognitive psychology, pedagogy, and behavioral science.

• Assist clients in achieving significant behavioral transformation with quantifiable outcomes.

• Participate in the sales process, including discovery calls, drafting proposals, and leading client presentations.

• Communicate Sponge’s value through enablement materials, case studies, and thought leadership.

• Evaluate skill gaps and prioritize learning needs to address business challenges through effective learning experiences.

• Provide strategic advice on learning strategies to key accounts, acting as both a challenger and an advisor.

• Design and lead engaging, effective workshops with relevant stakeholders.

• Build internal partnerships to fulfill the Unforgettable Learning commitment.

• Identify opportunities to enhance quality and processes.

• Foster the development of others through knowledge sharing, coaching, and mentoring.

• Share thought leadership on social media and at industry events.


⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to comprehend and translate distinct organizational needs into an actionable learning strategy, utilizing L&D theories, methodologies, and industry best practices.

• Capability to recommend and develop innovative and effective learning solutions.

• Experience collaborating with learning designers, visual/motion designers, and other partners to create digital learning experiences.

• Proficiency in conveying complex and ambitious concepts within a compelling narrative, whether in sales pitches or executive presentations.

• Ability to navigate business requirements and communicate in business terminology.

• Capacity to build strong relationships with peers and C-suite executives, establishing credibility and trust.

• Proven consultative experience in designing and implementing impactful learning solutions.

• Background in an agency setting with a diverse range of customers and industries.

• Extensive knowledge of contemporary learning theory and practices.

• Strong awareness of trends in HR and workplace learning.

• Significant experience in a service delivery environment.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguity.

• Demonstrated initiative.

• Resilience when under pressure.

• Highly collaborative mindset.

• Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to explore new methods, tools, and processes.

• Advocate for fostering a robust feedback culture.
