This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Identify and assess strategic learning opportunities throughout Autodesk.

• Cultivate relationships with internal teams that create learning content, experiences, or customer enablement.

• Integrate teams, initiatives, and learning experiences into Autodesk’s comprehensive Learning Ecosystem.

• Design cross-functional learning initiatives that link multiple Autodesk organizations and enhance customer experiences.

• Recognize internal teams and content suitable for collaborative learning models, such as self-service publishing.

• Empower internal contributors to effectively engage with Customer Learning through defined pathways, standards, resources, and support.

• Align with Autodesk's strategic vision and evolving business priorities to determine where Learning should be involved.

• Convert strategic initiatives and internal ecosystem signals into actionable opportunities for Learning Architecture, Experience Design, platform, content, and other Customer Learning teams.

• Map Autodesk’s internal learning ecosystem to uncover gaps, redundancies, emerging needs, and opportunities for enhanced connectivity.

• Formulate recommendations and opportunity briefs for new internal ecosystem initiatives.

• Lead or assist in pilot programs that test innovative cross-functional learning methods and ecosystem connections.

• Gather insights from cross-functional initiatives to enhance the Learning Partnerships model.

• Stay updated on trends in customer education, digital learning, AI-driven learning, and learning ecosystems to spot relevant opportunities for Autodesk.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in ecosystem development, strategic programs, customer education, business development, program strategy, or a related field.

• Proven experience in leading complex cross-functional initiatives across various organizations.

• Ability to identify and create new opportunities based on business, customer, or organizational demands.

• Capability to translate strategy and emerging priorities into actionable programs and recommendations.

• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence without direct authority.

• Strong skills in strategic thinking, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving.

• Demonstrated ability to establish structure and drive progress in ambiguous or developing areas.

• Experience in SaaS, technology, customer learning, learning platforms, content strategy, or digital learning ecosystems is preferred.
