This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Transform the L&D vision and roadmap into actionable programs, priorities, and timelines.
• Manage the complete L&D operating system from strategy formulation to execution.
• Create and develop digital content, job aids, and knowledge-base resources utilizing adult learning principles.
• Design both technical and non-technical training using contemporary e-learning authoring tools.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement appropriate third-party learning content.
• Leverage AI tools for content generation, instructional design, personalized learning, and operational automation.
• Advocate for AI literacy within all learning initiatives.
• Conduct live, virtual, hybrid, one-on-one, and self-paced training sessions.
• Manage L&D communications, encompassing program announcements and manager support.
• Oversee the LMS, including enrollments, learning paths, content publishing, reporting, selection, and implementation.
• Implement and monitor required and compliance training, maintaining audit-ready records.
• Keep training records and workflows organized across the LMS, Notion, Asana, and Microsoft 365.
• Lead new employee onboarding processes and enhance ramp-up efficiency.
• Direct L&D discovery and formulate customized rollout strategies for portfolio companies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject-matter experts to enhance learning across various entities.
• Assess engagement, effectiveness, and business impact through metrics and learner feedback.
• Report on program health and outcomes to leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, education, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6+ years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, or corporate training.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage and operate an L&D function or significant programs autonomously.
• Experience in developing both technical and non-technical training content.
• Proficient in administering a Learning Management System (LMS), including setup and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of e-learning authoring tools.
• Familiarity with adult learning theories and instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s taxonomy).
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills in live, virtual, and hybrid settings.
• Passion for and practical experience with AI tools (e.g., AI authoring assistants, chat-based tools) to enhance L&D efforts.
• Proficient with modern collaboration and project management tools.
• Strong project management abilities, capable of handling multiple programs concurrently in a multi-entity environment.
• Self-motivated individual comfortable with ambiguity and establishing systems from the ground up.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Nice to Have (not mandatory): Experience with AI or automation in learning, content, or operational contexts.
• Nice to Have (not mandatory): Experience in selecting and implementing an LMS.
• Nice to Have (not mandatory): Familiarity with SCORM and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360 / Rise / Storyline).
• Nice to Have (not mandatory): Experience in supporting compliance or regulatory training programs.
• Nice to Have (not mandatory): Understanding of MSP / IT service delivery models, help-desk operations, or managed-services workflows.
• Nice to Have (not mandatory): Familiarity with MSP tools and workflows (PSA/RMM platforms, e.g., HaloPSA).
• Nice to Have (not mandatory): Experience in a multi-company, holding-company, or franchise/portfolio environment.
