This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Instructional Design Manager and fellow Learning & Development team members to create and evaluate training content across multiple formats.

• Utilize Articulate 360 to develop learning assets and/or courses.

• Revamp and rewrite existing training resources.

• Edit audio and video content.

• Execute specific projects as assigned.

• Gain insight into the activities of the Instructional Design and Learning & Development department.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Must currently be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Learning Design, Learning Technologies, or a related field in Human Resources.

• Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.

• Highly organized and capable of escalating issues as they arise.

• Ability to work independently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Reliable and consistent, particularly regarding punctuality, attendance, and meeting deadlines.

• Previous experience with an e-Learning authoring tool is preferred.

• Prior experience in video and audio editing is preferred.
