PCB Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Create engineering and product concepts that are of high quality, cost-effective, and meet customer needs.

• Develop a technical expertise area and provide mentorship to team members.

• Employ suitable tools and equipment for design development, analysis, and validation.

• Exhibit proficiency in various stages of the entire product realization process.

• Operate independently within at least one stage of the Product Realization Process.

• Generate detailed project documentation in accordance with quality and change management standards and procedures.

• Offer design services and support for product development and/or commercialization related to printed circuit board design/layout.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is essential.

• Intermediate level of computer proficiency.

• Intermediate skills in decision-making and problem-solving.

• Intermediate verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Extensive knowledge of cross-discipline development.

• Solid understanding of structured design principles.

• Ability to establish positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.

• Proficiency with lab test and measurement equipment.

• Familiarity with laboratory tools.

• Competence in using general office equipment and materials.

• An associate's or bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred.

• Relevant industry experience exceeding minimum qualifications may compensate for educational requirements.
