Learning Content, Digital Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design and produce digital learning materials utilizing Synthesia, Articulate Rise 360, and various e-learning platforms.

• Develop onboarding programs, role-specific curricula, microlearning resources, and refresher training sessions.

• Implement adult learning theories to craft content that is clear, engaging, and actionable.

• Convert clinical, quality, and operational standards into content that is accessible and offers step-by-step instructions.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to collect insights and ensure content accuracy and relevance.

• Ensure consistency in structure, tone, and visual elements across all learning resources.

• Revise learning materials to reflect updates in policies, workflows, clinical standards, or regulatory requirements.

• Assist with version control, documentation, and organization within the learning systems.

• Utilize learner feedback and performance metrics to enhance the effectiveness of training.

• Create video-based educational materials, incorporating visuals, scenarios, and examples.

• Provide support for basic graphic design and layout requirements.

• Work in conjunction with Quality, Operations, Sales, People, and Corporate teams on training initiatives and program rollouts.

• Aid in pilots, rollouts, and updates by ensuring timely and accurate completion of content.

• Contribute to the advancement of TheKey’s learning standards and content repository.

• Oversee assignments on the Learning Management Platform to ensure adherence to state training requirements, systems administration, and training assistance.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate’s degree is required; a degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, Education, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

• 3-6 years of experience in instructional design, development of learning content, or creation of digital content.

• Proficiency with Articulate Rise, Synthesia, or comparable digital learning tools is preferred.

• Excellent written and visual communication skills with a focus on clarity and design.

• Experience in simplifying complex information into practical learning materials.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

• Experience in healthcare, home care, or other regulated sectors is preferred but not mandatory.

• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.

• Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 15-20 pounds.

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.

• Proficient in using standard office equipment such as personal computers, laptops, telephones, photocopiers, etc.

• Applicants based in California must meet timely and accurate positive fingerprint identification requirements as a condition of employment.
