Instructional Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Create customized instructor-led training (ILT) and computer-based training (CBT) materials for NET.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze OEM training content.

• Establish learning objectives for training materials.

• Produce organized design documents for lessons, classes, and modules.

• Adapt and customize educational content for both instructor-led and computer-based training formats.

• Assist in fulfilling the client’s mission.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA).

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.

• Possession of an active Secret Clearance.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Proficiency in developing ILT and CBT training materials.

• Familiarity with courseware, instructional materials, job aids, and training content.

• Willingness to travel 10% of the time (with scheduled travel requirements ranging from 10% to 25%).
