This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Lead instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training sessions for both new and current producers.
• Assist in the execution and facilitation of Basecamp, which includes agenda delivery, breakout facilitation, coaching labs, and post-event reinforcement.
• Provide continuous training to enhance skills, tools, processes, and product knowledge.
• Offer ongoing support and coaching to producers regarding sales processes, sales enablement tools, and best practices for workflow.
• Create and facilitate a coaching program for new producers as part of the 365-producer onboarding experience.
• Serve as a point of contact for systems, training access, and guidance on development.
• Support and execute the formal new producer 365 onboarding experience.
• Conduct welcome sessions, onboarding check-ins, and skill-building sessions.
• Ensure producers are familiar with learning paths and can access training materials through Trucordia University, The Alliance platform, and WebCE.
• Facilitate training on sales enablement tools, templates, playbooks, scripts, and systems.
• Provide field support and hold office hours to encourage tool adoption and proper usage.
• Identify recurring challenges in tool usage and collaborate with the Director to create job aids, process guides, or additional training.
• Work alongside Learning Central team members to deploy training content, assist with course setup, and support eLearning implementation.
• Maintain training materials, update content, and oversee content governance.
• Monitor producer progress and participation across LMS systems and training platforms.
• Gather training feedback and identify learning gaps.
• Suggest enhancements to learning programs, content, and delivery methods.
• Over 4 years of experience facilitating training for large groups, both live and virtual.
• More than 3 years of experience in teaching new systems and providing technical training.
• At least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry as a licensed producer or in close collaboration with producers.
• Proven ability to partner with subject matter experts and collaborate across various departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of adult learning methodologies and training best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly explaining complex concepts.
• Willingness to travel for Basecamp training, onboarding workshops, and field coaching.
• Preferred: Experience with eLearning tools or instructional design software.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Preferred: Insurance designations such as CIC, CPCU, ARM, CPAI, TRA.
• Preferred: Learning/Training certifications such as CPLP, CPDT, APTD, or similar.
