This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives.
• Perform training needs assessments to pinpoint capability gaps and identify future skill requirements.
• Create annual learning and development plans and budgets, ensuring resources are utilized effectively.
• Foster a culture of ongoing learning throughout the organization.
• Supervise the design and delivery of educational programs, including leadership training, professional skills enhancement, compliance education, and onboarding processes.
• Develop blended learning methodologies incorporating e-learning, workshops, coaching, and experiential learning opportunities.
• Collaborate with external training providers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective training solutions.
• Assist in talent and succession planning initiatives by identifying future leaders and their developmental pathways.
• Implement competency frameworks, career development resources, and personal development plans.
• Manage leadership development initiatives and programs for high-potential employees.
• Establish, implement, and oversee the Learning Management System, ensuring data accuracy, effective reporting, and an excellent user experience.
• Monitor training completion rates, engagement levels, and effectiveness metrics.
• Generate regular learning and development reports and insights for senior management.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to managers to facilitate team development.
• Train managers on performance development, feedback, and coaching methodologies.
• Advocate for best practice learning principles across the organization.
• Assess training effectiveness through feedback, key performance indicators, and return on investment methodologies.
• Continuously enhance learning and development programs based on data and employee feedback.
• Stay informed about trends, technologies, and external best practices in learning and development.
• Extensive experience in learning and development roles, generally 5+ years.
• Background in creating and managing learning and development programs for international organizations.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) — essential.
• Demonstrated experience in leadership development and talent management.
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent — preferred.
• Coaching qualification — beneficial.
• A strong passion for developing individuals and enhancing organizational capability.
• Strategic thinker with a practical approach.
• Empathetic, supportive, and approachable demeanor.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
