Learning and Development Facilitator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct instructor-led training programs in various formats, including virtual, onsite, and travel-based sessions for both small and large groups.

• Utilize adult learning principles, effective facilitation techniques, and classroom management strategies.

• Modify facilitation style, pacing, examples, and activities to suit diverse audiences, skill levels, and learning environments.

• Employ approved training materials, learning technologies, and facilitation tools to reinforce learning objectives and enhance on-the-job application.

• Evaluate learner comprehension and offer timely, constructive feedback and coaching.

• Collaborate with Learning & Development Managers, Instructional Designers, Subject Matter Experts, and business stakeholders to create learning solutions that meet business requirements.

• Assist with training communications, participant engagement, scheduling, materials preparation, and logistics for both onsite and virtual sessions.

• Prepare for training sessions by reviewing materials, testing technology, confirming logistics, and ensuring overall readiness.

• Record attendance, completion, participation, and other necessary training documentation in the Learning Management System or designated platforms.

• Identify potential delivery risks, learner barriers, technology issues, and content gaps; communicate findings and suggest solutions.

• Collect learner feedback and analyze survey results, assessments, participation, and business data to enhance training effectiveness.

• Share insights from training delivery with Learning & Development Managers and Instructional Designers to support content and program enhancements.

• Stay updated on current adult learning methodologies, facilitation practices, virtual delivery techniques, and approved learning technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Learning & Development, Communications, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.

• A minimum of three years of experience in training delivery, facilitation, adult education, sales training, operations training, or a similar role.

• Capability to effectively facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training for both small and large groups.

• Understanding of adult learning principles, learner engagement strategies, assessment methods, and classroom management techniques.

• Excellent presentation, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using virtual learning platforms, presentation tools, and a Learning Management System; experience with Workday Learning is preferred.

• Willingness to travel as necessary to conduct training at NAPA locations.
