Lean & Process Excellence Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Facilitate Lean, Kaizen, and process enhancement workshops.

• Utilize Lean methodologies and tools to pinpoint and eradicate waste.

• Conduct root cause analysis and lead problem-solving sessions.

• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and ongoing improvement.

• Mentor and educate employees and leaders on Lean principles and methodologies.

• Propel continuous improvement efforts across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and various Finance processes.

• Recognize bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks within processes.

• Create and implement standardized and scalable process solutions.

• Ensure that best practices are recognized, documented, standardized, and replicated throughout the organization.

• Discover opportunities for AI-driven process automation and optimization.

• Lead initiatives and projects focused on Finance transformation.

• Assist with organizational change and stakeholder engagement efforts.

• Develop communication and training strategies for improvement initiatives.

• Facilitate collaboration between Shared Services Center (SSC), business stakeholders, and leadership teams.

• Ensure effective adoption of new processes and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Background in Process Excellence, Lean Management, Continuous Improvement, or similar roles.

• Lean Admin certification is preferred.

• Experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services, or Global Business Services settings is preferred.

• Demonstrated success in achieving measurable process enhancements and productivity improvements.

• Experience in managing cross-functional improvement initiatives.

• Strong understanding of Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.

• Familiarity with process mapping and optimization techniques.

• Knowledge of Finance processes such as P2P, O2C, and R2R.

• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP.

• Excellent analytical, reporting, and data visualization skills.
